The microscope has built in measuring scale that
allows you to very accurately measure linear distance under high magnification.
Available in 3 models giving different magnifications. It provides a non contact
method of measurement, in that the scale is placed inside the eye piece and does
not come in to the contact with the object. The instrument being portable is
ideal for on site applications. The opening in the stand allows the object under
view to be opened up on or manipulated by fine instruments. Independent focused
illumination is provided. This microscope is meant for critical inspection and
measurement. It is recommended for industrial applications in quality control
and inspection to verify dimensional accuracies. It is also recommended where
measurement is not required but the application demands a portable magnifier
using highly sophisticated optics to give best quality magnification.
